Deborah Otto, aka "The Flower Lady", has owned the charming outdoor flower cart located at Rotary Park in Coronado for 6 years.  She strives daily to maintain the original spirit of the "The Flower Lady" which has been serving the people of Coronado since 1980.  The sight of the Flower Lady's cart being set up & taken down daily has become an enduring part of the local culture in Coronado.
